Job Summary
As Military Cluster Manager for the COMMS cluster, you will steer and coordinate all topics related to planning and design in close collaboration with the specialist team. Your day-to-day work involves creating target images and portfolio measures for the German Armed Forces, setting clear standards by developing principles and guidelines for enterprise and reference architectures, and managing requirements to define necessary and innovative actions. You will also prepare presentations for top management and work in interdisciplinary teams, leading technical teams as needed. The role requires a completed IT-related degree or equivalent vocational training, at least 6 years of professional experience as an enterprise or solution architect, service portfolio manager, or service manager, very good knowledge of IT landscape planning and target image creation, expertise in data centers, cloud, and end devices, experience with architecture management tools (e.g., ARIS, ALFABET, SPARX EA) and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, NAF), and experience in requirements management. German at negotiation level and good English are required. Education
Completed IT-related degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable STEM field, or equivalent vocational training
Experience
- At least 6 years of professional experience as enterprise or solution architect, service portfolio manager, or service manager

- Experience with architecture management tools and frameworks
- Experience in requirements elicitation and management
- Experience in communication and collaboration with middle and top management
- Desirable: experience in the customer environment of the German Armed Forces or public authorities
