Job Summary

As Lead Cyber Security Manager for Vulnerability Management at the BWI, you will take full service responsibility for 'Vulnerability Control and Analysis', protecting against and treating vulnerabilities across one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures supporting the Bundeswehr. Day-to-day, you will define strategy, oversee service design, manage the full service lifecycle, and lead a geographically distributed service team. You will ensure delivery and performance commitments are met, handle financial and investment planning, calculate offers, and represent the vulnerability management function in cross-disciplinary committees. The role requires a degree in (business) informatics with a focus on IT security or equivalent qualification, ideally 6 years of proven experience in vulnerability management service delivery, steering, and monitoring, preferably in a government or Bundeswehr context. Relevant IT service management and IT security certifications are required.
