Join Schmitt Engineering as a Fullstack Software Developer and contribute to cutting-edge technical solutions for industrial clients. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT degree (e.g., Business Informatics), completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience as a Senior Java Developer
- Experience with Java/Java Spring Boot
- Practical experience in backend development with microservices, Python, JavaScript, or Smalltalk
- Experience in cloud environments with AWS or comparable cloud providers
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm Charts
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL and S3/RDS
- Experience with asynchronous processing and queueing mechanisms
- Experience with AI-supported performance analysis and AI development tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools
- Expertise in Generative AI / LLM Engineering and related concepts
- Experience with web development frameworks and TypeScript/Node.js
- Experience in securing microservices and GUIs according to OWASP standards
