Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator with a focus on Directory and Trust Services for our IT Strategy, Control, and Service department. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for administering Microsoft Windows/Linux server systems, including Microsoft AD, MS Exchange, PKI, and backup solutions. Your duties will involve event, incident, and error analysis, developing monitoring solutions, providing 2nd-level support, and managing external service providers. You will also contribute to IT projects. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Informatics or equivalent, or a vocational training as an IT specialist with relevant experience. Strong knowledge of MS Active Directory, LDAP, KeyCloak, and MS Exchange is required, along with good German and English language skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom (FH)) in Informatics or comparable, OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker*in) with relevant professional experience, OR equivalent skills and experience.

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience in server administration within MS Windows/Linux system landscapes.
  • Expertise and practical experience in administering complex, cross-functional IT infrastructures and system applications for trust and directory services.
  • Professional experience with MS Active Directory, LDAP, KeyCloak, and MS Exchange.
  • Experience in 2nd-level support for technical and organizational issues.
  • Experience in managing external service providers in the area of directory and trust services.
  • Experience in IT projects.
