Required Skills
Education
University degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT leadership, governance, or strategy positions in complex/federated environments
- Proven experience in designing and improving IT operating models, governance structures, or organizational design
- Experience in team building and establishing new structures, including defining roles, skills, and ways of working
- Experience in both disciplinary and functional team leadership with a focus on development and performance
- Experience in managing complex environments and cross-team initiatives
- Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance management
