Job Summary

Lead the group's central AI competence, acting as a technical pioneer and key contact for AI implementation across the organization. This role involves driving the development of AI governance, frameworks, platforms, and reusable components, realizing group-wide AI projects, and fostering innovation while ensuring responsible AI practices. You will define AI governance structures, ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy standards, and translate strategic AI standards into practical technical frameworks. The position offers the chance to advise business units on AI development, MLOps, and Generative AI solutions, lead the introduction of central AI platforms, and identify value-adding AI use cases. You will also contribute to operating central AI platforms, coordinate local AI initiatives, and build a strong company-wide AI community.
