This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI transformation programs for Richemont's luxury Maisons and Functions. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will be crucial in defining and implementing the Group Data Office's data enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (including Group Technology and Legal), leading steering committees, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and analytics products within deadlines. A key aspect is fostering a data-driven culture by driving best practices, overseeing the Data Learning academy, and coaching junior managers. Success requires a Master's degree, 5+ years of relevant project management experience, and a strong understanding of data enablement, AI transformation strategies, and data concepts. Required Skills
