Job Summary

This critical role places you at the forefront of data-driven HR decision-making within a leading global luxury group. As the Group People Analytics Engineer, you will be the primary expert responsible for managing, optimizing, and driving the adoption of the Visier analytics platform across the organization. Your daily tasks will involve configuring and customizing Visier data models, developing detailed dashboards and workbooks for analytical projects, and ensuring seamless data integration between source systems (including Workday HCM) and Visier. Furthermore, you will play a key role in upskilling the HR function, developing and delivering training programs on People Analytics methodologies, and fostering a community of practitioners. Success requires a Master's degree in a quantitative field and at least five years of experience focusing on HR data, coupled with strong analytical skills and an unwavering commitment to data integrity.

Master's degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally focusing on HR data and People Analytics.
  • Extensive experience with the Visier platform or demonstrated ambition to master the platform quickly.
  • Professional experience working in a global, multinational organization with a complex matrix structure.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
