Job Summary

The Health & Safety Coordinator will be instrumental in driving Richemont Europe's HSE strategy across the Swiss markets, ensuring full compliance with national health, safety, and environmental regulations across 28 retail locations and one customer service platform. Reporting to the Head of Security, Health & Safety for Switzerland, key responsibilities include conducting risk identification and assessment, defining prevention measures, and providing expert technical support to various sites. The role involves implementing accident prevention and environmental protection programs, managing HSE KPIs, and maintaining regulatory compliance through audits and action plans. Success requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field, mandatory STPS certification, and 2-4 years of HSE experience, particularly within a multi-location retail environment.
