You will be responsible for the technical upkeep of your assigned rental properties, acting as a key point of contact for tenants, municipalities, service providers, and internal colleagues regarding technical matters. Your duties will include overseeing modernization and maintenance projects, managing the entire process from obtaining quotes to approving invoices, and coordinating the quality of work performed by external service providers, caretakers, and tradespeople.
