We are seeking a technically adept Customer Service Representative for an innovative electronics company in Gräfelfing. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling technical inquiries, processing complaints regarding missing or defective parts, and managing spare part requests. You will also be responsible for documenting and tracking reclamations, and organizing/supporting retrofitting and conversion services.
