This role is for an individual passionate about managing and actively shaping a technical property portfolio. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations of assigned residential properties, acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, municipalities, service providers, and internal teams on technical matters. Key duties include overseeing modernization and maintenance projects, from initial quotes to final invoice checks, and coordinating the quality of work performed by external service providers and caretakers. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the property management sector.
Required Skills
Education
Technical apprenticeship in construction or building services; Further qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister/Techniker) or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Completed technical apprenticeship in construction or building services
- Further qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or comparable experience
- Ideally, experience in the housing or real estate industry
- Professional experience in technical property management or a related field
