Job Summary

The Uckermark district is seeking an engaged Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Office for District Development and Participation Management. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating training concepts for the process industry, building a network with industrial companies to align education with industry needs, and identifying further funding opportunities. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to billing, for JTF-funded projects. Key tasks include fostering educational and professional development, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhancing the digital transformation of the training system in process industries and renewable energies. The position requires a qualified professional with experience in project management, controlling, and conceptual work, along with strong digital skills and knowledge of data protection. This is a full-time, fixed-term position with the possibility of extension until December 31, 2028.

Required Skills

Education

Qualification as a Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (or comparable degree) with eligibility for the upper non-technical administrative service.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management, project work, and conceptual work
  • Extensive knowledge in project execution
  • Experience in the field of education and training
  • Professional experience in project controlling and project accounting
