This role involves leading and managing projects funded by the Just Transition Fund (JTF) within the Office for District Development and Investment Management in Uckermark. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of specialized training concepts for the process industry, focusing on digitalization and renewable energies. Day-to-day tasks include building networks between industrial companies and educational institutions, securing further funding opportunities, and managing the JTF project team. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt) or a comparable qualification qualifying for the higher non-technical administrative service.

Experience

  • Proven experience in project controlling and project accounting
  • Professional experience in the field of vocational education and training
  • Experience in the implementation of publicly funded projects
  • Experience in team leadership
