Job Summary
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Management Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Hannover. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and advancing the 'Rehabilitation Measures' area, aligning with company strategy and industry trends. You will collaborate with other departments, manage external partnerships, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. This position requires a proactive individual who can make independent decisions and drive change. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, creative freedom, and the opportunity to be part of a dedicated 5-person team focused on rehabilitation services.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellter), Healthcare Business Administrator (Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist, Healthcare Business Administrator, or comparable qualification with professional experience in the healthcare sector or statutory health insurance.
- Ideally, knowledge and practical experience in the field of rehabilitation and prevention.
- Strong business administration and analytical understanding.
- High level of commitment, initiative, and teamwork skills.
