Job Summary

Seeking a communicative and empathetic Health Coach to join our care center in Halle. In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for members, providing guidance on health-related questions. You'll actively reach out to insured individuals, consult them on treatment options, and motivate them to participate in our health programs. Key responsibilities include building rapport, offering personalized advice on managing health conditions and adopting healthy lifestyles, and selecting/discussing relevant informational materials. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong communication and motivational skills, and can work both independently and collaboratively. This position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to patient care management within a supportive team environment.
