As a Microsoft Solutions Administrator based in Hannover, you will play a vital role in operating and evolving the company's core Microsoft infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will focus heavily on Identity Services, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, while ensuring the seamless integration of hybrid cloud environments. You will manage Microsoft 365 collaboration and messaging services alongside Windows client and server landscapes. A key part of the role involves using PowerShell for automation and conducting deep-dive troubleshooting to maintain system stability. Working within a motivated team of experienced System Engineers, you will contribute to the digital transformation of a major health insurance provider. This position is particularly attractive due to its focus on cutting-edge hybrid cloud technologies, a 38.5-hour work week with no core hours, up to 32 days of vacation, and the flexibility of hybrid remote work.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Microsoft infrastructure environments, specifically with Active Directory and Windows Servers.
  • Experience in managing Microsoft 365 services and hybrid cloud integrations.
  • Practical experience using PowerShell for administrative automation.
  • Experience in analytical troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
  • Initial experience with Microsoft Exchange, PKI, or Security Hardening is preferred.
