Job Summary

This role involves leading and overseeing building modernization projects, including attic conversions and extensions, within occupied residential buildings. You will be responsible for ensuring projects adhere to budget, quality, and timelines, while coordinating subcontractors and internal/external planners. Key tasks include conducting site meetings, managing defects, handling claims, preparing project calculations using internal tools, and assisting with legal matters related to projects. The position requires a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent, several years of project management experience in real estate or construction, proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), and experience with SAP/RE (SAP/ERP) systems. A strong affinity for numbers and understanding of technical contexts are also essential.
