Job Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled professional to provide 2nd Level Support for our Windows or Linux environments. You will be responsible for administering and maintaining these systems, analyzing and resolving technical issues within the IT infrastructure, including networks and server systems. This role involves supporting the planning and implementation of system and network architectures, collaborating with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams, and contributing to process optimization and documentation. The ideal candidate possesses current knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, experience with network infrastructures, and proficiency in collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams. This is a full-time, permanent position offering opportunities for continuous learning and work with modern technologies.
