The ideal candidate possesses a university degree or relevant training with 3 years of experience, strong understanding of complex IT structures, and experience in reporting. Excellent customer orientation, initiative, communication skills, and teamwork are essential. Knowledge of IT process management and ITIL certification is desirable, as are skills in Jira, Confluence, IT-SPS Servity, Maximo, JavaScript, and Java.
