Job Summary
This role focuses on talent acquisition and recruitment within a city administration. You will manage the entire application process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding support, aiming to attract and secure new talent for public service roles. Key responsibilities include organizing recruitment events, representing the city at career fairs, analyzing labor market trends, and developing innovative outreach strategies using modern channels like social media and job boards. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential candidates, collaborating with internal departments to refine recruitment strategies. Ideal candidates possess experience in personnel marketing and social media for recruitment, strong social skills, and a creative, independent work style.
Required Skills
Education
Qualification for the third entry level of the administrative and finance career path according to § 15 para. 4 no. 1 and 2b LBG, OR a successfully completed training as an administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt) or Angestelltenprüfung II, OR a completed university degree (Diplom or Bachelor) in Human Resource Management or equivalent, recognized according to TVöD-VKA.
Experience
- Experience in personnel marketing and social media for attracting junior and skilled staff
- Professional experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in managing application processes
- Experience in planning and organizing recruitment events
Languages
Additional
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and creatively. Good verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of and commitment to a value-based and trusting collaboration. Legal knowledge in public service law (civil service law, labor and collective bargaining law, and staff representation law) is desirable or willingness to acquire it promptly.
