Required Skills
Education
Eligibility for the third entry level of the administrative and financial career path (LBG § 15 Abs. 4 Nr. 1 and 2 b) OR completed administrative examination II OR completed university/university of applied sciences degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Experience
- Professional experience in Social Media, Employer Branding, or Public Relations
- Proven track record in presenting employers authentically and modernly
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring branding and retention measures
- Experience in evaluating measures and analyzing optimization potential
Languages
