Job Summary

We are seeking multiple IT Technicians for onsite support to assist users with inquiries and issues related to iPhones, iPads, mobile devices, scanners, and IT workplace hardware. Your responsibilities will include performing IMAC-D and Break-Fix tasks in workplace and factory/shopfloor environments, as well as installing, deploying, delivering, and setting up PCs, notebooks, monitors, printers, and small peripherals. You will also be responsible for ticket processing and documentation within an ITSM tool, ideally ServiceNow. This role requires a strong IT and hardware background, with specific knowledge of Apple iOS, Windows 10/11, and common workplace hardware like HP, Lenovo, and printers. Experience in enterprise environments and with ITSM systems is essential.
