As an IT Support Technician, you will join a leading international IT service provider to deliver essential infrastructure support. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd-level client support and 1st-level network support, ensuring seamless operations for both large enterprises and public sector clients. You will be responsible for the provisioning of client systems (Windows/Linux), the installation and configuration of hardware such as notebooks, desktops, and monitors, and performing troubleshooting and break-fix services. Additionally, you will support users both remotely and on-site, manage standard software applications, and handle configuration tasks. Required Skills

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in managing Windows and Linux client environments.
  • Professional experience in providing both remote and on-site user support.
