Job Summary

Join a leading digitalization partner for the German Armed Forces as a Senior Systems Engineer for Business Applications. You will be responsible for building, operating, and optimizing complex system environments and processes based on technologies like Red Hat Linux, HCL Domino, Java, and PHP. Your day-to-day tasks will involve 2nd level support for LAMP platforms, automated deployment via CI/CD, container build creation and testing, incident management, and security risk mitigation. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Germany's security by advancing its IT infrastructure. The position requires strong technical skills in Linux, web servers, databases, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, containerization, and monitoring stacks, along with ITIL basics and a good understanding of TCP networks.
