Job Summary
Join a leading digitalization partner for the German armed forces as a Senior IT Service Technician in Stuttgart. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for on-site IT services across 40 locations, supporting users, and managing IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day tasks will involve IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) operations, 1st and 2nd level user support, hardware/software installation and maintenance, and system administration. You will also monitor ticket processing, ensure SLA compliance, and contribute to IT projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training or a comparable qualification
Experience
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in IT and/or telecommunications service
- Professional experience with ticket systems, knowledge databases, CMDB/asset management systems, and IT processes
- Experience in project management and project execution is advantageous
- Experience in customer projects within the industrial sector or public service is advantageous
