Senior IT Service Technician | (Senior) IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for on-site IT services for Bundeswehr users, including troubleshooting, new installations, and upgrades of IT and telecommunications hardware and systems. Your daily tasks will involve on-site support for IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) orders, assisting users with IT infrastructure, and setting up customer IT infrastructures including network and server environments. You will also participate in IT refresh projects and be part of on-call duty rotations. This role requires a completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician, Specialist in System Integration, or a comparable qualification, along with three years of professional experience in these areas. Experience with order and fault clearance in IT/TK (hardware, networks, telecommunications) and knowledge of ticket systems and ITIL are beneficial. Fluency in German and a driver's license are mandatory.
