Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Administrative Specialist for the Aviation and Climate-Neutral Fuels Department. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for budget and project management, including processing and verifying funding projects, coordinating deadlines, and monitoring content. You will manage the department's budget, handle payment orders, ensure fund availability, and oversee budget control and inquiries. Additionally, you will support the execution, quality management, and administrative processing of expert reports, funding projects, and studies in aviation and climate-neutral fuels, and assist with public procurement procedures. This position offers a unique opportunity to actively shape the future of mobility at the intersection of politics and administration within a dynamic team.
Required Skills
Education
Civil servant with qualification for the upper public service, or a university degree (Bachelor or FH Diplom) in a public administration-related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in budget management and administration
- Several years of experience in public administration
- Ideally, initial experience in project management of funding projects
- Experience in teamwork and strong team collaboration skills
- Experience with structured and independent work methods
- Experience with MS Office applications
Languages
Additional
- The position is assigned to the upper service level. It can be filled in the civil service up to salary group A 12 or in employment as part of pay group 10 TV-L. The role is generally divisible and can also be filled in part-time. Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor. Requires precise written and verbal expression, and conceptual thinking abilities.
