This role is a key position focused on advancing technical vocational training at Siemens Energy. As an Electrical Product Manager and EHS Officer, you will be responsible for a core electrical engineering workstream within the training portfolio, developing innovative educational products. You will also act as a responsible electrical specialist, ensuring workplace safety in all training areas and creating secure learning environments. The position involves developing and implementing modern content and teachware strategies, fostering collaborations with external institutions, and managing EHS compliance. You will lead and work closely with trainers and international partners to maintain high educational standards. The role requires a technical degree or equivalent qualification, several years of experience in electrical training, and expertise as a responsible electrical specialist with knowledge of safety standards. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a collaborative spirit and willingness to travel.
