You will lead development projects, manage technology readiness from lab to industrial deployment, and oversee material qualification programs. Collaboration with internal teams, external partners like universities and research institutes, and certification bodies is key. The position requires expertise in welding technology, materials science, design for additive manufacturing, quality management, and automation, making it an exciting opportunity to shape the future of manufacturing in the energy sector.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Production Engineering, or equivalent technical field

Experience

  • Professional experience in Additive Manufacturing, preferably DED-Arc/WAAM or comparable welding processes
  • Several years of experience in interdisciplinary research and development projects
  • Experience in project management
