Job Summary
Join a leading professional association in the construction industry as an HR Administrator in Hannover. You will be responsible for advising executives and employees on all HR-related matters concerning employment, collective agreements, and service regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to departure, drafting contracts, preparing and conducting interviews, processing various work arrangements (telework, mobile work, home office), and handling maternity leave and parental leave. You will also be responsible for issuing references and maintaining employee data in SAP HCM. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with additional qualification as an administrative specialist or HR specialist, or completed university degree (Bachelor/Diploma (FH)) preferably in social security management or business administration.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in HR support, preferably in the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, collective agreements, or service regulations.
- Experience with SAP HCM.
- Experience in administrative tasks within an HR department.
