Job Summary

As an SAP Digital HR Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the SAP HCM landscape for the BG BAU. Your day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, OM, TV, ESS/MSS), managing system requirements, overseeing error management, and configuring user roles and permissions. You will lead testing activities, facilitate user training, and contribute to release management. Beyond operational support, you will engage in strategic projects, collaborate with external service partners, and provide recommendations for system enhancements to senior leadership.
