Job Summary

Lead the strategic direction and growth of our company's IoT portfolio as the Head of IoT Department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the IoT strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and managing the department's budget and roadmap. This role involves leading an interdisciplinary IoT team, fostering an innovative and agile work culture, and overseeing complex IoT development and implementation projects from conception to lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong strategic, technical, and communication background in the IoT or embedded systems field, capable of driving innovation and ensuring the scalability, security, and quality of IoT architectures. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including product owners, engineering, sales, and external partners, and communicate effectively at the top management level.
