Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Service Technician and Fiber Optic Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of fiber optic networks. Your day-to-day tasks will include laying and splicing fiber optic cables (excluding civil engineering), mounting fiber optic sleeves, troubleshooting and resolving network issues, and performing maintenance on existing infrastructure. You will also be responsible for measuring and certifying broadband connections. While prior experience in fiber optic or cable construction is a plus, it's not mandatory as we provide thorough training and welcome career changers. The ideal candidate possesses manual dexterity, good technical understanding, basic tool handling skills, and a meticulous approach to splicing, cabling, and measuring. Reliability, accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential. This position requires a willingness to learn, a Class B driver's license, and a high degree of travel readiness, with work typically scheduled Monday through Friday.
