Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing modern processes and standards for the planning, execution, and quality assurance of electrical engineering projects. You will be responsible for organizing, conducting, and controlling installation, maintenance, and repair work, ensuring compliance with all relevant norms, regulations, and safety standards. A key aspect will be building and technically leading a team of electricians and technicians, including their continuous development. The position also requires technical customer consultation, quote preparation, and project management support. You will work with distribution boards, connect PDUs, perform tests and measurements according to VDE, and install lighting systems. Close collaboration with project, department, and construction management is essential for successful project execution.

Education

Completed training as an electrician (m/f/d) and mandatory further qualification as a Master Electrician (m/f/d).

Experience

  • Completed training as an electrician
  • Mandatory further qualification as a Master Electrician
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering
  • Professional experience in team leadership (planned)
  • Experience with planning and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, MS Office)
  • Experience in customer orientation, communication, and negotiation
