Job Summary

Join a dynamic team focused on building and maintaining future-proof fiber optic infrastructure. This role involves hands-on work with modern technology, installing and commissioning fiber optic connections (FTTH/FTTB), performing preparatory work in NE4 & NE5, and managing the splicing, measurement, and documentation of fiber optic networks. You will also analyze and resolve faults, set up and maintain IT and network systems, and read technical documentation. The position offers a 4-day work week with Fridays off, working in small, supportive teams within a 150 km radius of Schraplau.
