Job Summary

Join a leading digitalization partner for the German Armed Forces as a Senior IT Service Technician in Rheinbach. You will be the primary on-site IT contact for users, supporting central IT operations by managing incidents and requests across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN systems, ensuring adherence to service levels and documenting all activities in the ticketing system. This role involves hands-on hardware tasks, project participation for IT infrastructure adjustments, performing DGUV V3 inspections, and contributing to quality assurance. After training, you will participate in on-call rotations for critical incident resolution.
