Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a key communicator, managing and prioritizing orders in collaboration with various internal departments like customs, legal, warehouse, shipping, and IT. A core responsibility involves ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining price master data for sales companies, partners, and distributors, and contributing to the operating profit and cash flow for products. You will also be responsible for creating operational reports in coordination with accounting and acting as a vital interface between customers, the headquarters, and sales companies, utilizing various ERP systems. This role is ideal for someone with commercial training or a business degree, initial experience with ERP systems, and a customer-oriented, flexible approach, offering a structured onboarding program and opportunities for professional development within an international electrical engineering company.

Completed commercial vocational training with relevant additional qualifications or a degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience
