Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital infrastructure for the German Armed Forces. Based in Storkow, your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing incidents across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments, performing on-site installations, and ensuring hardware commissioning is seamless. You will manage tickets, document processes, and perform DGUV V3 safety inspections. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and physical agility, as you will be responsible for hardware deployment, including lifting and installing equipment. You will also participate in IT infrastructure projects and rollouts.
