Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in automated cell culture and fermentation systems (ambr® product line) for Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH. Based remotely in Southern Germany, ideally between Munich and Ulm, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, including installations, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs, for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The position requires a background in electrical, medical, or automation technology, coupled with significant field service experience, preferably within the pharma/biotechnology sector. You should possess strong communication skills, a structured approach to work, and a high degree of flexibility for travel within Germany and occasionally to Austria and Switzerland.
