Job Summary

This role seeks an HR Systems and Processes Expert focusing on Recruiting, Performance Development, and Talent Management to join the Corporate Administration team in Göttingen. The expert will be the global key user contact for the worldwide HR-suite, Workday, driving continuous improvement of implemented processes, evaluating change requests, and implementing new functional requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading or co-leading projects, acting as a crucial interface between support and expert teams, and designing and conducting user training for diverse stakeholder groups globally. The ideal candidate requires professional experience with HR systems, particularly Workday in the specified modules, coupled with strong project management skills in an international setting, excellent communication abilities in both English and German, and a high degree of system affinity and analytical thinking.

Completed degree, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in HR systems and processes, ideally in Workday Recruiting and Performance Development/Talent Management
  • Experience in project management within an international environment
  • Experience with Change Management tools and affinity for Change Management
