Job Summary

This role is for an Advanced Robotics Process Engineer within the Advanced Fluid Management division, focusing on integrating new robotics technologies into product solutions to make manufacturing environments smarter, more connected, and predictive. The engineer will be crucial in driving product innovation, ensuring technical feasibility, and translating complex bioprocesses and customer needs into product designs and functions. Day-to-day tasks involve intense customer interaction, including identifying potential, gathering feedback, conducting technical discussions, and supporting or performing trials to maximize product performance. Key requirements include a university degree in Engineering or Biotechnology, at least five years of professional experience in the (Bio-)Pharmaceutical industry, a strong understanding of bioprocesses, and fluent English skills.
