Job Summary

This hybrid role focuses on elevating the organization's process and quality performance by combining methodological excellence with strong project leadership. The In-house Consultant will take end-to-end responsibility for Quality Management (QM) optimization projects, driving measurable increases in compliance, efficiency, and business impact. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing QM processes, identifying weaknesses, developing efficient workflows, and implementing sustainable standards. Key requirements include a degree in Industrial Engineering or Natural Science, several years of experience in Quality Management and process optimization, and deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Proficiency in systems like SAP QM, eQMS, MES, LIMS, and PLM is essential, along with expertise in BPMN 2.0 or Lean Management. This position requires strong analytical skills, communication competence, and the ability to manage stakeholders and enable organizational change.
