Job Summary

As a Business Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving commercial development across French-speaking Switzerland (Suisse romande). Your core mission involves identifying and contacting new potential clients while developing integrated services for existing ones. You will be responsible for elaborating customized ISS solutions, covering areas like Innovation, Environment, D&I, and HSE, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations. This role requires active participation throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact and tender analysis (including budgets and technical specifications) through to contract signature. To succeed, you must possess a minimum of five years of prior B2B sales experience within corporate services in Suisse romande, coupled with strong commercial training and mastery of sales techniques. Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience in B2B sales, specifically within corporate services.

  • Experience managing all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Experience analyzing complex tender documents, including budgets and technical specifications.
