Job Summary

This Administrative Assistant role in Fribourg involves providing crucial administrative and financial support across operational teams. Day-to-day tasks include managing debtor and creditor invoices, handling reminders, generating quotes and invoices, coordinating supplier correspondence, and ensuring timely weekly time entry for staff. You will also manage general administrative duties for local and national clients, answer calls, and serve as reception backup. The ideal candidate must possess commercial training or equivalent experience (CFC/Maturity) and demonstrate mandatory B2 proficiency in French, English, and German. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. This position requires a trustworthy, versatile, and customer-oriented professional who can thrive in a flexible, autonomous environment within a leading facility services company. Two positions are available, one of which includes morning duty at a parking lodge reception.

Experience
