Job Summary

This role involves supporting executive travel and logistics within a global service organization based in Geneva. The Travel Agent Assistant is responsible for executing and managing all aspects of business travel reservations, including flights, trains, hotels, and transfers, ensuring strict adherence to the company's travel policy. Key responsibilities also include assisting with visa applications, coordinating complex travel arrangements for executives and new hires (including families), and organizing logistics for internal HR or management events. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in managing daily requests via a dedicated mailbox, maintaining Excel reports, and utilizing travel management platforms like Concur. This position offers the opportunity to participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to providing the best possible work environment for employees.

Required Skills

Education

CFC (Federal Certificate of Capacity) in Commercial Employee or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of business travel
  • Professional experience utilizing reservation platforms (e.g., Concur, HRS, CFF)
  • Experience in office management or hospitality (an asset)
