Job Summary
As a Lead Service Manager for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the German Armed Forces' IT infrastructure. Working within the Competence Center Application Lifecycle Management (CCALM), you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical service delivery of complex SAP modules including FI, MM, SD, CO, and others. Your daily responsibilities encompass SLA monitoring, escalation management, capacity planning, and the steering of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management. You will act as a key interface between solution management, procurement, and external service providers, ensuring technical governance and IT security standards are upheld. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a DevSecOps-oriented, agile environment and is passionate about contributing to national security through robust IT service management. You will engage in continuous service improvement (CSI), performance reporting, and the development of service innovations, all while maintaining high standards of stakeholder communication.

Education
Completed degree in an IT-related field
Experience
- Approximately 6 years of professional experience in IT Service Management
- Proven experience working in both traditional and agile project environments
- Experience in steering IT processes and managing service delivery for large-scale enterprise applications
Languages
Additional
- Project Management certification (desirable), ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 certification (desirable), willingness to work in Bonn, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, or Munich.
