Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Helpdesk & Service Employee at DVS TECHNOLOGY AG in Dietzenbach, a leading international system provider in surface processing. The successful candidate will be the first and second-level IT support, managing client hardware and periphery for end-users. Key responsibilities include daily ticket management using Jira, from categorization and prioritization to monitoring resolution times, and providing technical support for employee onboarding and offboarding. The position also involves contributing to the optimization of the ticketing system, delivering user training, and assisting with various IT projects. Experience
