Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First and Second-Level IT Support and service management for the DVS Technology AG at the Aßlar location. The specialist will be responsible for implementing the service process for client hardware and peripherals, offering technical support for employee onboarding and offboarding, and managing the Jira ticketing system. Daily tasks include categorizing, prioritizing, and processing tickets, monitoring ticket lifecycles, and supporting system optimization. Key requirements include a completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification, several years of professional experience, and strong technical knowledge in Microsoft 365 Cloud, Azure, Windows environments, and network technologies. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, skilled in managing complex IT environments, and possesses excellent German and English language skills, making this an engaging role within a dynamic, international technology group.
