As an IT Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support at our Bramsche facility. Your daily responsibilities include managing and maintaining the local IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, client systems, network hardware, and software configurations. You will handle ticket-based support, user account administration, and the deployment of software. Additionally, you will oversee the installation and troubleshooting of peripheral devices such as printers and smartphones, while supporting production-specific equipment like scanners and label printers. A key aspect of the role involves ensuring the reliability of backup processes and monitoring critical infrastructure.
